Shipping Policy
I offer tracked shipping and untracked shipping for domestic orders only. I encourage tracked shipping as it allows you to know where your package is and a more accurate arrival time.
Outside of Australia, all shipping is tracked. You only need to pay for the flat rate of shipping and any other items will be added to the shipping.
Once I post your package, I am no longer responsible as it is up to Australia Post to handle delivery and delivery times. With untracked shipping (which is only available for stickers, prints and badges) I cannot always guarantee its arrival. Just be sure to enter your correct address and any important delivery instructions.
Packaging
I send all my items in cardboard, rigid mailers. I try my best to limit the amount of waste you receive.
Care Instructions
To keep your items from tarnishing, please store your jewellery in a dry place, away from the sun and don't wear your items while showering or in water. As these pieces are all handmade take care when handling your jewellery and putting them on.
Custom Orders
I'm always open to custom orders. Feel free to message me with your ideas and we can discuss what you'd like me to create for you. Custom orders don't have a set price but will be based on the time it takes for me to create the piece and the costs associated with making the piece. If the custom order is similar to an item I already have listed, that should give you an idea of what the price would be.
